Cearnaigh is out of Cadhla’s first litter to the wonderful Pippin, Multi Ch Linirgor Pied Piper At Meiepere. He was one of three puppies, Cadla’s first boy to be born. Cearnaigh has always been our favourite, the sweet, lovely puppy, slightly quieter than his brother, but we knew his personality was going to come out fully once he’s brother was gone to his forever home – this indeed happened. Cearnaigh has the most wonderful personality, a true Golden, very laid back, confident, funny, friendly, very sweet and just like both of his parents – always happy, wagging his tail. He is a pleasure to live with.

Cearnaigh gained his Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze Award in July 2018.

Southern Golden Retriever Society, 25th February 2015, 3rd in YD – by Mrs Catherine Zingg (Rayleas): Similar remarks to second, just lacking maturity in final placing. Loved his overall balance, breed type and outgoing personality, excellent presentation, moved well.

Wealdstone & Northolt Canine Club, 27th December 2017 , Best Puppy – by Mr Nigel Small (Primarius) : A beautifully made young dog, stood proudly for his handler. Stood square in profile, a handsome young dog trying his best to please his handler, beautiful expressive head. Good proportions and symmetry in profile, nice clean lines with a strong neck over well laid shoulders onto a wonderful level top-line good tail carriage when stood but showing excitement when on the move, very well off for bone. Good turn of stifle well muscle’d, powerful on the move and a pleasure to go over, RBOB

East Anglian Gundog Society, 2nd April 2017 – 1st in Puppy, BP, Ms Angela Callow: 10 months old attractive pale golden. Handsome masculine head with good pigment. Well off for bone. Straight front with nice tight feet. Correct angulation fore & aft. Level topline. Little proud of his tail at times but this can be forgiven as he is a young dog. Short coupled. Shown in good coat. Little erratic on the move in this class but much more settled in the challenge for best puppy & with my co-judge’s agreement pleased to award him BP

Golden Retriever Club Of Wales, 12th February 2017 – 1st in Minor Puppy, Ms Pat Arnold: pleasing head & expression, dark eye, clean neck, level topline, balanced front & rear, moving soundly;

Isle Of Ely Canine Society, 4th February 2017 – Best Puppy In Breed, Mr Tony Beebe: lovely example of the breed, nice head, good shoulder placement, level topline, moved with drive;
